Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more

Retail orders of $50 or more ship free by standard ground service anywhere in the continental United States. The $50 is counted after any discounts are applied, before shipping and tax. For example, a $60 order with a 15% promo code comes to $51 and ships free. A $55 order with the same code comes to $46.75 and pays shipping.

Free shipping covers standard ground rates up to $15. Faster services, such as Next Day Air, are your choice at checkout and are charged at our carrier’s rate. So is the rare heavy order whose ground rate is over $15.

Shipping cost on orders under $50

Orders under $50 after discounts are charged our carrier’s published rate, calculated at checkout for your delivery address. We do not mark shipping up.

Free local delivery in the Phoenix metro area

Local delivery is free with no minimum order within a 50-mile radius of our Scottsdale location near Via Linda. This applies to retail and wholesale orders alike. Contact us to confirm your delivery address and arrange a delivery time. If local delivery is not shown at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Warehouse pickup and scent sampling

Warehouse visits are by appointment only. We do not operate a walk-in retail store. Email services@harmonieusa.com or call 480.710.5399 to arrange an appointment; the pickup location is shared when your visit is confirmed.

Wholesale, corporate and nonprofit orders

Outside local delivery, free shipping applies to retail orders only. Wholesale, corporate, and nonprofit orders shipped by carrier are always charged shipping, at our discounted carrier rates or on the buyer’s own UPS or FedEx account.

Delivery time

In-stock orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days of when you place them, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We hand-craft everything in small lots in Scottsdale, Arizona, so occasionally a scent is between batches. If that happens, we email you the same day with a firm date rather than letting the order sit.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email every time an order ships, without exception.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only and do not currently ship internationally. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii fall outside the free-shipping offer and are charged our carrier’s published rate for that mailing zone.

Returns

Retail returns are accepted from United States addresses only, by mail, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to exchange or refund an order. Sale and promotional items are reviewed case by case. Wholesale orders follow the wholesale return terms. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Return postage

Every refillable and subscription product includes pre-paid return postage. Contact us, and we will send it to you. On all other approved retail returns, we cover return shipping as well.
