What we offer wholesale

Coconut wax candles, hand and body lotions, hair and body mists, perfume rollers and diffusing oils from the Harmonie and Sedona Sky collections. Approved accounts pay 50% of our published retail price on everything in the wholesale line.

How it works

  1. Apply for a wholesale account.
  2. We review every application personally, usually within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, sign in with the email you applied with to see wholesale pricing and order online.

Wholesale terms

  • Pricing: 50% of our published retail price.
  • Minimums: $200 opening order and $75 reorders, at wholesale prices.
  • Shipping: charged on every order at our discounted carrier rates, or ship on your own UPS or FedEx account. Wholesale orders don't qualify for free carrier shipping. Local delivery is free with no minimum order within a 50-mile radius of our Scottsdale location near Via Linda. Contact us to confirm your delivery address and arrange a delivery time. Wholesale opening-order and reorder minimums still apply.
  • Payment: credit card at the time of order.
  • Returns: 30 days, subject to the wholesale return terms below.
  • Samples: available at a nominal charge. Email services@harmonieusa.com with the scents and formats you'd like. We'll price your sample order, add shipping and send an invoice you can pay by card.
  • Sales tax: exempt with a valid resale certificate on file.
  • Retail pricing: retailers agree to sell at or above Harmonie's published retail price.
  • Large-volume orders: we have the capacity for large-volume orders, with pricing economies at 1,000 units and up. Please contact us to discuss product formulation and pricing.

Wholesale returns

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Email services@harmonieusa.com for a return authorization before sending anything back. Returns without an authorization aren't accepted.
  3. Items must be unused and in original, saleable packaging. Opened, burned or used products can't be returned.
  4. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
  5. Refunds are issued to the original card after the return is received and inspected.
  6. Damaged or defective items: report them within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund them and cover the shipping.
  7. Sample orders can't be returned.
